Returns Policy
UPDATED RETURN POLICY:
We want to make sure that you love what you ordered, but if you don’t like the color or design or the product looks different than the picture, let us know immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product. We are always ready to give you a refund if there is any fault by our end or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style. Please note if there is the price difference for exchange products you may pay additional Charge.
Return Terms and Conditions:
 All returns must reach us within 7 days of the original delivery/shipment date. Any returns after 7 days will not be accepted. No exceptions.
 Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Return will not be accepted for Saree, Lehenga Saree, or Lehenga Choli with a custom-stitched blouse. No returns on Jewelry except if there is a fault from our part.

 No returns on any final sale items, no exceptions.

 Item must be in selling condition, not worn and folded properly in the original packaging attached with the tag. Without the tag attached to the item, we will not accept any return/exchanges. No Exceptions.

 Please provide the Packing Slip / Invoice inside the return box else your refund might be delayed.

 Please complete the Product Return Form to request an RMA [Return Material Authorization] number.

We do not accept returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment. To return any item you must call / text/e-mail us within 24 hours after receiving the item at +1 (438) 388 – 2099

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. All of our payments are securely processed through PayPal. Here what PayPal says about Refund Methods, “If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to that card. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your card statement. If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal balance. Refunds are in the same currency and at the same conversion rate as the original payment.”

Payment made with money order, personal cheque and bank transfer will be refunded by cheque. Shipping Cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange by mail:

Please read the following exchange policy carefully.

 Return your purchase to our return address (within 14 days of your order delivery/shipment date). Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Order your new merchandise at the same time by calling +1 (438) 388 – 2099

 If your exchanged product price is more than the product that you have bought before then we will email you an invoice of the outstanding balance. We will ship your exchanged product once you pay the outstanding balance.

 If your exchanged product price is less than the product you have bought before then we will refund you the remaining balance back to your credit or debit card.

International returns:

We cannot offer merchandise returns/exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
